Cosmopolitan world-traveler who doesn't just visit places; she immerses herself in them. She is the type of woman who can spend the morning haggling for a vintage textile at a flea market and the evening dining at a luxury eco-resort, looking perfectly at home in both.
Obsessed with the "hand-feel" of her brand. She is often seen touching fabrics, checking the weight of the linen, or admiring the organic grain of a wooden button.
Her luxury taste is underpinned by a fierce commitment to ethics. She knows the names of the artisans who make her buttons and the history of the fibers in her clothes.

The Challenge: Supporting Boholista’s shift from lifestyle podcast to refined sustainable fashion boutique brand.
My role and goal for this project is to create a cohesive brand kit guide for what is now a sustainable fashion boutique that has very clear values and a loyal demographic but now is expanding not only from the young demographic but to now their grown up millennials.
Tools used : My Visual Designing background, and by the client's request, AI and Canva. instead of exporting as a booklet, she requested to be in a editable pdf format that includes the new logo, color palette, fonts, elements and mission statement, in this case the a Letter from her the founder.
Role done alone.
Brand Strategy: Position Boholista as a refined, sustainable lifestyle brand while honoring its boho roots.
Once I had her backstory, I asked for the new store information, images and values she has so I can see the tone and voice of the brand as it is right now, and created the Moodbaord with the color palette.
Strategic Direction: Mature the brand from boho-lifestyle to grounded, elevated sustainability.
Strategic Insight: Align visual identity with the brand’s evolution from boho traveler roots to elevated sustainable fashion for matured mindful consumers.
I noticed right away the change that has happened. From cosmopolitan youthful traveler adventurous sustainable brand, to a lay back still boho chic but serene organic elegant fashion brand. The type that can be at home or in a luxurious restaurant, or a walk through a market or resort beach area elegant and effortless. Still traveling or at home working or with family. Mature but not old, comfortable but chic, and still honoring the sustainable fashion values that are so strong in the brand.
Design Decision: Muted natural tones were chosen to reflect serenity and connection to nature and ethical values of the brand.
For the colors the choices were clear, the elegant earthy and organic tones that reflects the fabrics that she chooses with such care.
Final Brand Identity & Implementation: A restrained, organic identity designed to scale across physical retail and digital touch points.
Brand Exploration: Testing symbols that balance femininity, nature, and refinement.
We had a few iterations for the logo. I used a few versions to offer her choices. We iterated a few times. I used the lotus for the feminine sustainable tone of the brand, I used leaves like Palm Tree and Palmetto because of the travel boho aspect of the brand and also Hibiscus for similar reasons. They are all elements that show up a lot in resort travel and nomad living that has positive adventurous and even at times luxury elements to it, and also had show up in the images she provided and the store location. After a few iterations the Palmetto leaf was chosen for the elegant cosmopolitan resort style traveler tone that speaks to the brand values. I chose delicate organic enlogated shape with dots to embrace the feminine minimalist aspects of the brand.
For the fonts, a writing front with a boho style font seems the perfect match, respecting organic feel with the boho tone of the brand.
Logo Choice: Palmeto leaf symbol chosen to evoke refined travel heritage while maintaining sustainability authenticity.
Years ago, we began a journey together fueled by a love for the eclectic, the handmade, and the wild spirit of the bohemian lifestyle. We traveled, we explored, and we built a community rooted in the values of fair trade, sustainability, and a deep connection to our environment.
As I look at where we stand today, I realize that just as I have changed, so have you. Our lives have become more refined, our tastes more discerning, and our needs more sophisticated. We still find beauty in a hidden flea market find, but we now pair it with the quiet luxury of a perfectly tailored linen item or a piece of hand-hammered gold.
**Boholista** is evolving because we are evolving.
This new chapter is a tribute to the "Refined Nomad"—a woman who values quality over quantity and provenance over logos. We have curated a collection that respects our roots while embracing a more architectural, serene aesthetic. You will find the same commitment to ethical craftsmanship and organic materials, now presented with a cosmopolitan elegance that fits this new phase of our lives.
Thank you for growing with me. Let’s continue to find beauty in the tactile, the sustainable, and the soulful.
With gratitude,
**The Founder, Boholista Boutique**
